The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach right in front and a big pool to enjoy. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and accommodating. They even provided room service and housekeeping services, ensuring that everything was spotless and comfortable. The hotel also had a variety of amenities such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, which provided an enhanced level of relaxation. The entertainment options were top-notch, with live entertainment, karaoke, and even a game room with billiard tables. I also appreciated the attention to security, as there were security guards located at every corner to ensure a safe environment.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The pools were fantastic and the open bar was a bonus. The hotel's location near the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean. the hotel provided a variety of activities to keep us entertained.

The hotel was lacking in maintenance and service. The air conditioning in many of the rooms was faulty and the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned.

The tourist trap on the centre square offers a free hotel pool day voucher. Some staff members in other areas were friendly. the hotel had a nice beach and pool area. many facilities were broken down, and stores were empty.

Maintenance and repairs of most amenities and rooms were lacking.

I had a fantastic time at Buzios Beach Resort. The location was perfect for a family vacation, with a beautiful beach and pools everywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, starting from the reception. I loved the all-day availability of caipirinhas, beer, and coke drinks from the machine. The resort had a great atmosphere with water and sun all day long.

There were a few drawbacks, though. The maintenance seemed to be lacking, with outdated rooms and areas in need of painting and grass care.

Pools were nice and the location was great, with easy access to the beach. the open bar at the pool was a plus. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with all the essential amenities.

Maintenance was not up to scratch with old bed sheets, faulty air conditioning and a lack of mosquito screens on the windows. the restaurant was too small for the size of the hotel and the food was disappointing.

The staff, amazing room, peaceful location, excellent security, beach and pool access.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and polite. The hotel is located on the square, which made transportation very convenient. The location was perfect, as we were able to enjoy the beach and the big pool. We also liked that the hotel facilities were well maintained and that the rooms were very clean. The breakfast spread was also great, and we had a wonderful time.
